How We Handle Your Information
What information Icon Nursing Home collects, why, how long it is kept and your rights.

When you send an appointment request we collect your name, mobile number, preferred language, the service you asked about, your preferred date and time, and anything you choose to write in the notes. When you send a confidential enquiry we collect only your mobile number, the time you would like a call back, and your preferred language.
Only to contact you about your request and to arrange your appointment. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Appointment requests are kept while they are needed to give you care and to meet record-keeping requirements. Confidential enquiries are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Named staff at Icon Nursing Home. Confidential enquiries can be seen only by a smaller group of staff. Nobody visiting this website can read submissions.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time.
